Mielizia offers a wide range of Italian single-flower and wildflower Italian honeys, available both in jars and in convenient single-serving packets, all manufactured and packaged without any preservative heat treatment. All of our honeys offer the special qualities typical of the flowers and the regions from which they originate, from the smell, to the color to the taste. Our beekeepers have decided to adopt and adhere to strict internal procedures in order to offer an even stronger guarantee of a wholesome product.
All of our honeys are certified in accordance with regulation UNI 10939: 2001, that guarantees their complete traceability, from the beehive to the final product.
With Mielizia’s new jarred honey, consumers can trace the history of the honey they are enjoying all the way back to its region of origin and even to the original beekeeper who harvested it.

Product traceability
Guaranteeing the origin of our products has always been a fundamental principle of our organization. Today, with our traceability technology, we want to give the consumer the opportunity to find information on the product and to reconstruct its history.
Furthermore, traceability is essential in bridging the gap between producers and consumers: the former have the opportunity to publicly show the quality of their products, while the latter are assured of such quality.
Getting this system to work efficiently is a challenge and takes time. Consequently, at the beginning, only some of our products will be available for tracing. However, we are putting all our efforts towards offering a greater range of traceable products.
