Honey and Jams

Alce Nero jams are rich in fruit and produced without pectin or added sugar. 100 g of fruit per 100 g of finished product: they are in fact produced with 100% fruit, organically grown on Italian farms. A vacuum cooking method is employed to reduce processing times and ensure that the sensory characteristics of fresh fruit are preserved intact. Available in lots of flavours: strawberry, cherry, plum, peach, apricot, blueberry and chestnut - all of which maintain the distinctive aroma of freshly picked fruit.
